Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our standard shipping service is 48-72 hours. Urgent service is also available 24 hours. Delivery times correspond to working days. If you place the order during the weekend, public holiday (national, regional, or local), or the eve of holidays until the next business day, we will not be able to manage it.

In our policy, complying with current regulations, if the customer is not satisfied with the product sent, he may exercise his right of withdrawal and return his order within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will accept the return of the product as long as it has not been opened, keeping all its original labels, packaging, and accessory elements that came in it.

In any case, the affected order number will be indicated as well as an indication about the product to be returned and a detailed list of the defects seen in it. Any claim after this period will be rejected. The costs of return and new shipment will be borne by Elishacare.

Cancellation and Return Rights
